3.1 Return Window
You may request a return within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery of your order. Ziva Home Decors may, at its sole discretion, accept return requests beyond this 2-day period.
3.2 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must no match the product you ordered.
The product is damaged while you recieve (opening video is must)
The product must be in its original packaging along with all original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, freebies, and original boxes.
If a product is returned without the above essentials, it will not be accepted for return.
If the logistics partner validates at your door that the product is incomplete, they may refuse to pick it up.
3.3 Non-Returnable Conditions
No products will be accepted for return if:
The product has been damaged by the customer after delivery.
There is a change in the product’s quality, quantity, or other characteristics caused by the customer.
The customer is not attempting to return the exact product that was delivered.
3.4 How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email within the return window mentioned above. Our team will guide you through the return process.
You can ship the product back to us through any courier service, preferably Speed Post. Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
3.5 Quality Check
All returned products are subject to verification and quality checks to determine the legitimacy of the return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our conditions.
3.6 Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and passes our quality check, your refund will be initiated within 30 (thirty) days from the date the product is picked up or received by us. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
3.7 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with videos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
